Galia Rubinstein

Galia grew up in Santiago, Chile.  She received her M.A in Public Administration (with a specialization in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy) from New York University and a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Catholic University of Chile. She was also awarded a one-semester scholarship at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew.

Before joining the JWRP, Galia was Executive Director at Aish Chile, where she worked closely with the Board of Directors, developed and sustained relationships with the community and with partner organizations, helped support the rapid growth of the organization and much more. Before that, Galia lived for 8 years in New York, where she worked, among other positions, as Associate Director at the Queens College Hillel.                                                 

Galia brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the JWRP team. She has the business acumen of running an nonprofit organization, experience as one of JWRP's most successful city leaders, and a broad cultural perspective.
