Dana Sicherman
Dana Sicherman has been working in the field of Jewish outreach for nearly a decade, teaching, organizing, and speaking to Jewish communities across the world. Born and raised outside New York City, Dana came to the DC area to attend American University. While at AU, Dana traveled to Jewish communities across the US, landing in Kiev and Kansas--and many places in between. Upon graduating with honors degrees in International Relations and Communication, Dana began working for Aish on Campus, running programming for students and young professionals within the DC Metro Area. Within 2 years, Dana was the Director of Aish on Campus, engaging hundreds of '20-somethings' in innovative and inspiring programming. Realizing the key to success was in creating a movement, Dana was part of the founding board of the Jewish Women's Renaissance Project (JWRP), which has been inspiring thousands of Jewish women and exposing them to the beauty of their heritage. Teaching online to students in India, Germany, USA, and England, Dana also headlines "Totally Online" - a fully online Hebrew School.
Dana is currently the Director of Institutional Advancement for Atlantic Seaboard NCSY (www.atsncsy.org) where she builds programming that inspires thousands of Jewish teens from Virginia through Philadelphia. Living in the suburbs of DC, Dana loves exploring the world alongside her husband with their children.
